COURSES WE OFFER
EARLY YEARS PRACTITIONER
This occupation is found in a range of private and public settings including full day care, children’s centres, pre- schools, reception classes, playgroups, nursery schools, home-based provision, hospitals, social care settings, out-of-school environments and local authority provision to deliver the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) requirements set by the government.

Duration: 12 months plus 3 months EPA
EARLY YEARS EDUCATOR
Early Years Educators, and other job roles such as nursery nurses and childminders, are highly trained professionals who play a key role in ensuring that young children learn and develop well and are kept healthy and safe. They work in a range of settings including full day care, children’s centres, pre-schools, reception classes and as childminders. Level: 3
Duration: 18 months plus 3 months EPA TEACHING ASSISTANT
Teaching Assistants work in Primary, Special and Secondary education across all age ranges encompassing special educational needs and emotional vulnerabilities. The primary role of the Teaching Assistant is to support the class teacher to enhance pupils’ learning either in groups or individually.

CHILDREN, YOUNG PEOPLE AND FAMILIES PRACTITIONER (RESIDENTIAL CARE)
As a Children, Young People and Families Practitioner you will be working with children, young people and families, including carers, to achieve positive and sustainable change in their lives. Learners will receive a clear learning programme with one-to-one support throughout the qualification.

SCHOOL BUSINESS
PROFESSIONAL
School Business Professionals (SBPs) perform a role which is unique to schools, administering and managing the financial, site and support services within the school context. They provide essential support to school leadership teams, implementing their financial and business decisions.

EARLY YEARS LEAD PRACTITIONER
Level 5 is beneficial for those who are currently working as senior practitioners, deputies, and managers of childcare settings. This course is ideal if you want to develop and enhance your practical leadership and management knowledge and skills. As an Early Years Lead Practitioner in a day nursery, playgroup, nursery school, preschool, primary school, or working in health and social care settings.

CHILDREN, YOUNG PEOPLE
AND FAMILIES MANAGER
As a Children, Young People and Family Manager you will ensure direction, alignment and commitment within your own practice, your team(s), your organisation and across partnerships to help children, young people and families aspire to do their best and achieve sustainable change.
