  End-Point Assessment – What is it?
End-point assessment (EPA) is the final stage of an apprenticeship. It is an impartial assessment of whether your apprentice has developed the skills, knowledge and behaviours outlined in the apprenticeship standard.
Each apprenticeship includes an end-point assessment plan which describes how the apprentice should be tested against the appropriate criteria, using suitable methods. For example, your apprentice may need to complete:
• A practical assessment
• An interview
• A project
• Written and/or
multiple choice tests 99%

Apprenticeship wage
How much an Apprentice earns will depend on the industry, location and the level of Apprenticeship they choose.
If aged between 16 and 18 or in the first year of the Apprenticeship, the Apprentice is entitled to the Apprentice rate.
If the Apprentice is 19 or over and has completed the first year of the Apprenticeship, they are entitled to the National Minimum Wage.

3. Attend interviews with our Employers: You would need to attend interviews with our employers, which Rochdale Training will organise for you and will support you to get ready for your interview with preparation sessions.
4. Start your Apprenticeship: Once you have been successful at interview, you will start your new job
role. After a short settling in period our Tutors will be in touch to start your chosen Apprenticeship qualification.
