Business / Customer Service
DIPLOMA IN CUSTOMER
SERVICE (LEVEL 2)
The Level 2 Diploma in Customer Service is made up of customer care and development units. You will learn up-to-date working practices applicable to Customer Care and assistance roles, improve your practical skills and performance in the workplace and develop your knowledge of a range of Customer Service practises, including customer calls and developing customer relationships.
DIPLOMA IN BUSINESS
ADMINISTRATION (LEVEL 2)
The Level 2 Diploma in Business Admin is made up
of competence and knowledge units. You will learn up-to-date working practices applicable to office and administration roles, improve your practical skills
and performance in the workplace and develop your knowledge of a range of Business and Administration practices, including event management and budgeting.
DIPLOMA IN TEAM LEADING
(LEVEL 2)
The qualification consists of mandatory and optional units. The mandatory units cover core competencies, while the optional units allow learners to choose from a variety of areas to tailor the qualification to their needs and interests, and to reflect the context of their work. It covers a wide range of areas including dealing with conflict, motivating staff and personal development.
DIPLOMA IN MANAGEMENT
(LEVEL 3)
This Management training will focus on several key principles, including, reflecting on the relationship between effective leadership and performance in organisations, vision and engagement as two core activities of leaders, decision-making and connection as two core activities of leaders, power and influence within leadership, driving change, and strategies to manage the complexity.
Team Leading / Management
DIPLOMA IN EARLY YEARS
(LEVEL 2)
The Level 2 Diploma in Early Years provides learners with the knowledge and understanding of working with babies and young children from birth to 7 years. It supports the development of the practical and technical skills needed to work with children up to the age of 5 years.
DIPLOMA FOR THE CHILDREN & YOUNG PEOPLE’S WORKFORCE (LEVEL 3)
This qualification consists of mandatory and optional units that cover a diverse range of job roles and occupational areas and is split into three pathways:
• Social Care
• Learning, Development and Support Services
• Roles that include residential care, families and children worker and youth worker.
